\/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">BALAN\u00c7O DA GEST\u00c3O DO CCBSA 2021\/2022 E 2023\/2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Antes de mais nada, \u00e9 importante ressaltar que todas as conquistas e realiza\u00e7\u00f5es durante nossa gest\u00e3o n\u00e3o s\u00e3o m\u00e9rito de um diretor, mas sim de toda a comunidade acad\u00eamica do CCBSA &#8211; professores, t\u00e9cnicos, discentes, pessoal do apoio (terceirizados e reeducandos). Nossa gest\u00e3o foi de fato e na pr\u00e1tica uma gest\u00e3o 100% em rede.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">N\u00e3o houve um \u00fanico esfor\u00e7o individual, mas sim um avan\u00e7o de todo o Campus V, atrav\u00e9s do trabalho e da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o colaborativa, com respeito aos potenciais individuais e coletivos (mesmo com as diverg\u00eancias e desentendimentos pontuais), dando as oportunidades para que setores tivessem autonomia (e apoio) e pudessem buscar suprimentos de fundo, parcerias, proposituras de novos setores, grupos de pesquisa, cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Com este trabalho coletivo, reformamos cerca de 4.000m<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> no pr\u00e9dio antigo (lista de espa\u00e7os mais abaixo), criamos dois novos cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o (aumento de 67%), mais do que duplicamos o n\u00famero de programas de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o (aumento de 200%), integramos o Polo de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Dist\u00e2ncia, trouxemos o Restaurante Universit\u00e1rio para c\u00e1 (gra\u00e7as ao esfor\u00e7o e luta dos discentes, n\u00e3o do diretor), conquistamos a parceria com o Governo do Estado para constru\u00e7\u00e3o da nova Biblioteca (j\u00e1 em franco processo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o) entre outras conquistas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Desde o in\u00edcio do nosso primeiro mandato, iniciado em meio ao per\u00edodo de isolamento social causado pela pandemia da Covid-19, a nossa gest\u00e3o \u00e0 frente do CCBSA da Universidade Estadual da Para\u00edba se comprometeu a adotar medidas para mitigar os efeitos da pandemia, garantir a continuidade das atividades acad\u00eamicas e, sobretudo, promover melhorias estruturais, acad\u00eamicas e culturais em nosso Centro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Assim, por meio desta gest\u00e3o em rede, fundamentada no di\u00e1logo e nas parcerias estrat\u00e9gicas, conseguimos avan\u00e7ar em diversas frentes de trabalho, norteados por valores basilares para n\u00f3s, como a \u00e9tica, democracia, inclus\u00e3o, respeito e sustentabilidade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diante disso, apresentamos um balan\u00e7o das principais conquistas e avan\u00e7os obtidos durante esta gest\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Infraestrutura e novos espa\u00e7os:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o do Polo EAD ao pr\u00e9dio do CCBSA<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reforma das salas da coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e secretaria do curso.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de sala para receber o laborat\u00f3rio de inform\u00e1tica do polo EAD<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entrega de diversos novos espa\u00e7os, ampliando significativamente a capacidade e qualidade dos ambientes de ensino, pesquisa e extens\u00e3o:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">GPAS<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sala Armando Malheiros<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ateli\u00ea do SESA<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Laborat\u00f3rio Did\u00e1tico de Geologia e Paleontologia (LDGP)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Laborat\u00f3rio de Geoinform\u00e1tica (GEOINF)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Central Multiusu\u00e1rio de An\u00e1lise e Caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o Qu\u00edmico-Biol\u00f3gica (CM-ACQuimBio)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">LSCC &#8211;
